Locarno gains momentum
Class 99 learns from its friends in the World Intellectual Property Organization, via Locarno Notification No. 67, that on 24 June Japan deposited its instrument of accession to the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs. The Locarno Agreement takes effect with respect to Japan on 24 September 2014 -- right in the middle of this year's MARQUES Conference in Copenhagen!
