Webinar: Effective design protection strategies after Brexit
The MARQUES Designs Team is hosting a webinar on Tuesday 12 April from 16.00-17.30 CET on “After Brexit: Effective Design Protection Strategies Covering the UK and EU?”
The webinar will take place in a workshop format and will examine the differences between the EU and UK post-Brexit and how to successfully register and protect design rights in both jurisdictions.
It will include discussion of both registered and unregistered design rights.
The speakers are:
- Sally Britton, Mishcon de Reya LLP, UK
- Oliver Nilgen, Meissner Bolte, Germany
Registration is open now on the MARQUES website. It costs €100 (MARQUES members) or €135 (non-members).
