MARQUES represented in Geneva design conference:
From Jacques de Werra comes news that he is organising another in his series of excellent conferences at the Law School of the University of Geneva on Thursday 5 February and that it will cover the topic of design law: Details of the programme are here and you can register here.
The programme includes MARQUES Design Team chair David Stone, with contributions from a strong cast of speakers including Marcus Höpperger (Director of the Law and Legislative Advice Division, Brands and Designs Sector, World Intellectual Property Organization) and Gregory Bisson (Director of the Hague Registry, Brands and Designs Sector, World Intellectual Property Organization).
