Israel updates design law and practice
Our thanks to Sa'ar Alon of RCP for drawing our attention to the Israeli design law amendments which have been in force since 1st July 2014. His article is here. Some of the major points are:
- Registration of icons (including dynamic ones) independently of the underlying screen;
- A fee hike!
Bigger changes are on the way, with a draft design bill in the pipeline.
