Amazing Grace
As he is no doubt too modest to do it himself, I am posting a link to Class 99 stalwart Henning Hartwig's recent article about the EU's grace period, appearing here in the May/June 2013 issue of World Intellectual Property Review which I have just got around to reading.
I tend to think it is a bad idea to rely on grace periods, and Henning points out some of the dangers involved, but they can sometimes pull you out of the fire; as ex-slaver and John Newton put it, "Amazing grace! (how sweet the sound)/That sav'd a wretch like me". Posted by: David Musker @ 17.42
