Two little things ...
1. "The Cheshire Cat design -- use of dotted lines in representations" was posted earlier today on the IPKat weblog by Darren Smyth (EIP). Since it is so obviously of specific interest to readers of this weblog, I thought I'd flag it. You can read it here.
2. There's a very full one-day programme on the protection of designs and trade marks in the Russian Federation coming up. The date is 30 April and the place is the Claris Hotel, Barcelona. Further details are available via the MARQUES Class 46 weblog here. Posted by: Blog Administrator @ 17.34
