Help from the OHIM: CTM E-Filing: Program compatibility issues
If you have been trying to e-file a Community trade mark application recently and have experienced technical problems, then the below news item of today's date taken from the OHIM's website might be of interest to you:
Posted by: Birgit Clark @ 17.10"The new CTM E-Filing system went live on Monday 2 February. Compatibility problems have been reported with Internet Explorer 7 and older versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader. With regard to Internet Explorer 7, we recommend adding the CTM e-filing form to Internet Explorer's "trusted sites". If you have an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and experience problems when generating and displaying official receipts, we recommend downloading the latest version of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these problems.
The link that should be added to Internet Explorer's "trusted sites" is: https://secure.oami.europa.eu/
For information on how to add a link to "trusted sites" see the following MS Windows help file
If you continue to have problems with e-business services, please contact our e-business helpdesk at:Telephone + 34 96 513 9400 from 7.30 to 19.30 or e-mail: e-business helpe-business help"
