DPMA: Jena branch celebrates 10th anniversary with an exhibtion
The German Patent and Trade Mark Office's (DPMA) Jena branch is celebrating its 10th anniversary on 1 September 2008 with an exhibition, which is open to the general public: "Wissen schaffen - Wissen schützen" (Create knowledge - protect knowledge).
According to the DPMA, the exhibition provides general information on trade marks, explains their importance, illustrates how good design and a catchy trade mark will make a product into a success and tells the history of the Office. If you are in the area and would like to visit, the exhibiton at the Goethe Galerie in Jena is open to visitors until 20 September 2008.
More details can be found here (in German).
