New guide to the Madrid System
WIPO has published a new guide to everything you need to know about trade mark protection through the Madrid System.
The 260-page guide is designed to be easy to navigate, with practical examples, a clear structure and links to online services, information and forms.
It can be downloaded in English here (PDF). Versions in Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish will be available soon.
The guide has four chapters:
- Introduction
- The Madrid System from the Users’ Perspective
- Guide for Offices of Members of the Madrid System
- Becoming a Member to the Protocol
