Poland: new TSGs
The European Commission has acknowledged the traditional character of the composition and means of production of Polish mead. See Commission Regulation 729/2008 of 28 July 2008 entering certain designations in the register of traditional specialities guaranteed (Czwórniak (TSG), Dwójniak (TSG), Póltorak (TSG), Trójniak (TSG)).
According to Wikipedia: Czwórniak is made using three units of water for each unit of honey, Dwójniak is made using equal amounts of water and honey, Póltorak is made using two units of honey for each unit of water and Trójniak is made using two units of water for each unit of honey.
