On 7 April 2008 the UKIPO launched its new electronic on-line application form TM3. To make life easier for its users the UKIPO has now introduced a "save functionality" which allows to save the form for later completion.
" - you simply need to fill in your email details, a password and, if you wish, a reference.Posted by: Birgit Clark @ 00.38
- you will then receive an e-mail containing instructions on how to retrieve your application.
The form will only be available for retrieval for 28 days and once submitted, it will no longer be available to retrieve."
