eSearch plus: an update on figurative trade mark search
Not all readers of this weblog are familiar with the pilot project on search solution for figurative trade marks via OHIM's eSearch Plus tool.
In December of last year, the Users' Associations which are represented at OHIM’s Administrative Board and Budget (ABBC) level received this document, which explains the basic features of this pilot search solution. MARQUES has since received a further Communication which includes reference to this search tool.
Further information will be shared as and when it becomes available.
