New online guide to trade mark cancellations
Trademark Cancellations: International Practice and Procedure is a new online publication of the International Trademark Association (INTA), New York. A searchable database, Trademark Cancellations covers trade mark law cancellation practice and procedure in 100 jurisdictions, including the European Union and a further 27 regional and national jurisdictions within Europe. It provides an overview of the availability of cancellation proceedings, applicable grounds, the procedures to be followed, the venue for bringing such proceedings, representation, time scales and estimated costs, as well as the rights of appeal. Content can be searched by jurisdiction, by particular subject headings within a jurisdiction, or by one or more subject headings across two or more jurisdictions at a time.
Class 46 team member Julia Holden is one of this work's principal editors.
