MARQUES Coexistence Workshop to visit Buenos Aires
MARQUES's popular Trade Mark Coexistence Workshop is soon to visit Argentina. The exciting news is that the workshop will take place on Thursday 5 March in the offices of Buenos Aires-based law firm and leading intellectual property practice Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal. To remind readers (as if anyone needs reminding!):
The aim of this workshop will be to sensitize participants in commercial and legal issues that arise when a potential conflict of two or more business with similar marks can be avoided by negotiating a contract Priority Rights ("Agreement coexistence").
