TMclass: now you can translate terms into Montenegrin
In October of this year the Intellectual Property Office of Montenegro joined TMclass, a joint project between OHIM and the trade mark-granting authorities of EU Member States (but which is also open to the authorities of non-EU jurisdictions that are happy to align their classification practices with those of OHIM and EU member states).
The function of TMclass is to provide a common online classification tool whereby national offices can publish their official and approved lists of goods and services. This facility enables trade mark applicants to search for classification terms and then to compare the classification databases of all participating offices.
TMclass offers users the opportunity to translate terms to and from any of the 31 available languages, including Montenegrin. You can read more about TMclass here.
