"Fake OHIM" warning
Here, thanks to Ben Challis, are links to an audacious scam that comes about as close to being OHIM as it dares. This is the scam notice and this is the envelope which contains it (you can download these documents here and here).
This blogger would like to speak to the bank official who allowed this scammer's account to be opened, to ask whether perhaps he or she was none too careful in checking the credentials of the account holder. He also wonders whether the bank might be encouraged to refund moneys wrongfully paid to the account holder.
