Bulgaria makes life easier with new e-services
Class 46 has just received some brief news from the Bulgarian Patent Office which, he says, will make professional life easier. The glad tidings are that the Bulgarian Patent Office has officially launched its new e-services regarding registration of trade marks in Bulgaria.
These new e-services refer to (i) trade mark renewals, (ii) change of owner's name/address; (iii) transfer of trade marks; (iv) licence agreements, (v) oppositions, (vi) objections, (vii) invalidity of a trade mark; (viii) revocation of a trade mark.
The new services came into operation just two days ago, on Monday. All of these services are available on this portal here (in Bulgarian). Adds Ventsi, "Overall, the presentation of these services is very similar to that of OHIM". For more information here (in English).
