Viva España! A time to work, a time to coexist
Wednesday, 15 October, 2014, is a red-letter day for our Spanish friends when MARQUES takes its popular and instructive Coexistence Agreement Workshop to the Madrid office of MARQUES members Elzaburu. Since this event will be conducted in Spanish, Class 46 is pleased to tell you the following:
"El objetivo de este taller es sensibilizar a los participantes en las cuestiones comerciales y jurídicas que se plantean cuando puede evitarse un potencial conflicto de dos o más negocios con marcas similares mediante la negociación de un acuerdo entre las partes ("contrato de coexistencia").
El taller se celebrará de 15.30 a 18.30 en las oficinas de: Elzaburu, Miguel Angel, 21, 28010 Madrid, España.
El taller tiene un precio de 25,00 EUR".
