MARQUES Spring Meeting now available online

The MARQUES Spring Meeting in Amsterdam, which was held on 6 and 7 March, was a great success. First, it gave the various MARQUES Teams a chance to meet, to exchange views and opinions and to focus on the challenged ahead. Secondly it provided the opportunity to showcase two excellent presentations: * "European lessons for the National and Benelux Systems" by Camille Janssen (BOIP) and * "How do judges decide intellectual property cases?", this being the annual Kay Uwe Jonas Memorial Lecture -- delivered this year by the irrepressible Dirk Visser.
