OHIM - new examination guidelines for CTMs and RCDs
With all the excitement surrounding the launch of OHIM's new website, this member of the MARQUES Class 46 blog almost overlooked that OHIM has published new examination guidelines for CTMs and RCDs. The new guidelines (Work Package 1) will come into effect on 1 February 2014. Initially only available in OHIM's five working languages, the guidelines will subsequently be translated into all remaining official EU languages. A second "Work Package" is currently being reviewed and should come into force on 1 August 2014.
