EU sets out rules for monitoring GI pact with Moldova
The Official Journal of the European Union now carries details of Council Decision of 30 September 2013 on the position to be taken by the European Union within the Joint Committee set up by Article 11 of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova on protection of geographical indications of agricultural products and foodstuffs, as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Joint Committee.
