"Intent to use" in Kosovo
A circular from Balkan-based IP firm SD Petosevic states that Kosovo trade mark application forms now require that applicants declare either (i) that the trade mark is being used in relation to the goods and services specified in the application, or (ii) that the applicant has a bona fide intent to use the trade mark. This new requirement has been included in the application form under Art.33(2) of the Kosovo Trade Mark Law.
