STOP PRESS: the full text of the Court of Justice of the European Communities' decision in Case C-102/07 adidas v H & M (discussed here), has now been posted on the Curia website. It is 50 paragraphs in length. An English translation of the 85-paragraph Advocate General's Opinion in the same decision has also been posted this morning.
