Come to Courbevoie and meet the judges!
"Meeting With The Judges" is the title of conference that has been co-organised by MARQUES and APRAM, with the support
of the National Institute of Industrial Property in France (INPI). Taking place on 21 February in the lovely setting of Courbevoie, just outside Paris, the
conference provides for the first time on French soil the chance to meet and debate
with French Judges, and is part of the programme of meetings with specialised IP
judges, organised by MARQUES across Europe since 2008.
The conference will be held at
the premises of the INPI in Courbevoie. Participants will have the pleasure of participating in discussions with
Ms. Marie Courboulay of the Paris High Court, Mr. Eugène Lachacinsky of the
Paris Court of Appeal, Ms. Sylvie Mandel of the French Supreme Court and Mr. Giuseppe
Bertoli, Director
of the OHIM litigation department.
Participation is free of charge for all members to MARQUES and
APRAM, subject to the number of places available.
The conference will be in French. The programme
will be circulated shortly.
