Judges seminar at the GR TM Office
In an effort to ‘promote’ the new GR law on trademarks and
facilitate the harmonization of Greek and EU case law on trademarks (the latter
being an arduous task) the Greek TM Office is holding a two-day seminar for
Greek judges of the Athens First Instance and Appelate Civil Courts (that hear
infringement cases) and the Athens First Instance Administrative Court (that hear recourses on opposition/cancellation
actions before the TM Office). A notable
and laudable initiative of the Greek TM Office, which seems to be ‘on the move’
lately.
