GI watch services: a query
Two questions have recently been raised here by a reader of the IPKat weblog and it is worth drawing it to the attention of the knowledgeable and trade mark-specialist readership of Class 46 too. The questions are as follows

GI watch services: a query
- is anyone currently offering a regular "watch service" for GI applications which is comparable to that for trade marks?
- is there any means of lodging a caveat with any national or supranational authority so that a trade mark owner can expect to be officially notified of any application to register his own trade mark as a GI?:
If any reader is able to supply answers, I should be most grateful.
