Latest World Trademark Review published
The June/July issue of World Trademark Review, which is published bimonthly by Globe Business Business Publishing, is a bright and bouncy 128 pager, full of interesting comment, analysis and news. Among the features in this issues are analyses of the Advocate Generals' Opinions in the Interflora and Nokia references, on which the Court of Justice should be ruling in the late summer or early autumn. There is also a good discussion of the Max Planck Institute's report for the European Commission on the future of the Community and European national trade mark systems.
