OHIM reorganises "to support overall goals"
You can click through to a video presentation of OHIM's strategic plan here
The plan, which will be published after some final amendments, follows intensive consultation with staff, EU national offices, major international offices and user associations. In all, around 50 industrial property offices and organisations provided input to the process.
The resulting Plan has six major lines of action supporting three cumulative goals, the first of which is to build a strong, vibrant and creative organisation; the second to increase quality and optimise timeliness; and the third to promote convergence of practice.
To support the delivery of the plan OHIM has also announced a new organisation structure with five Departments and five horizontal services. The OHIM website will be updated shortly to reflect the new structure.
You can study the new organisation structure here

Like the three cumulative goals, but pardon me for asking, but shouldn´t they at all times be goals for any trademark office? 1) Strong, vibrant and creative 2) Increase quality and optimise timeliness 3) Promote convergence of practise
