Poland: the PPO's Annual Report 2009 - English Version
When he read the earlier Birgit’s post, this Class46 bear also rushed to report that the Polish Patent Office made available a bilingual version of its annual 2009 report (PDF file). Anyone for whom the Republic of Poland was terra incognita with regard to industrial property law, will probably read with interest the history of Polish Patent Office. People who have difficulty understanding the complicated procedure of registration of trade marks in the Republic of Poland will be pleased by the fact that there is a nice color chart on page 45 showing all the necessary steps.
