"Nice" news from Serbia
Class 46 hears good tidings from Serbia: according to WIPO's Nice Notification No. 129 ("Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks
Accession to the Geneva Act (1977) by the Republic of Serbia"), on 17 September Serbia deposited its instrument of accession to the Nice Agreement, which will enter into force there on 17 December 2010.
