"Breaking down doors": making in-house TM counsel's voice heard
The June-July 2010 issue of the bimonthly magazine World Trademark Review, weighing in at a very impressive 128 pages, leads with "Breaking down doors", a report on its second annual Global Trade Mark Survey which, the journal explains, "illuminates exactly where trade marks stand in the corporate structure".
