UK High Court, Eli Lilly and the Canadian online pharmacies
Reuters reports that the UK High Court has rejected a claim by US pharma company Eli Lilly and Co to stop a British pharmacy from buying supplies of Eli Lilly's drugs in Turkey and then selling them on to online pharmacies in Canada. This decision comes after Eli Lilly had recently been granted a premilinary injunction preventing UK pharmacy 8PM Chemists from shipping drugs from Turkey to then sending them on to American patients via Canada.
