Latest World Trademark Review

The August/September 2009 issue of the bimonthly World Trademark Review is now out. It carries an analysis of the recent European Court of Justice ruling in Case C-59/08 Copad SA v Christian Dior (noted by Class 46 here) by a pair of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer lawyers Matthias Koch and Kathrin Samwer. There's also a 16-country review of the current state of registrability of non-traditional trade marks, with contributions from the European jurisdictions of the Benelux, Denmark, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia and Spain.

You can see the full contents of this issue on its home page here.
