The Company Names Tribunal in the United Kingdom ("Adjudicating on opportunistic company name registrations") has issued Practice notice 02/09 on the joining of co-respondents to proceedings. This makes provision for the joining of directors of companies whose choice of name is being challenged, especially where this involves joining parties from outside the jurisdiction.
