OHIM: Fees Regulation and Implementing Regulation
On its website the OHIM informs that it
"... has prepared a new unofficial consolidated version of the Fees Regulation and a new annotated version of the Implementing Regulation. This follows the entry into force of Commission Regulation (EC) No 355/2009 of 31 March 2009 amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 2869/95 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2868/95."These helpful documents can be accessed by clicking on the links below and via the OHIM's website, "Legal References" section:
