Portugal: Guidelines on the application of the Portuguese Industrial Property Code - III
As previously reported, last year INPI published new draft guidelines on the application of the Portuguese Industrial Property Code (see here and here).
Last Thursday, INPI published the updated version of these guidelines, which can be found here (Portuguese version only). According to the press release, the new version incorporates many of the received suggestions. Further, it is stated that 'this manual is not intended as a crystallized document, but rather as an open instrument that should accompany the dynamism and evolution of concepts in the field of Industrial Property, adapting and enriching itself whenever it appears necessary for the improvement of services provided by INPI'.
