Portugal: the creation of an IP Court - VI
It was published today the Ordinance no. 100/2013 which declares the Second Chamber of the Portuguese Intellectual Property Court installed as of 11 March 2013. The installation of the new chamber aims to deal with the huge amount of procedures that flooded the court since its creation, which, as you may recall, happened on 30 March 2012.
