Petra started her trademark career in 1990 working for Numico, where she gradually built the trademark department and managed that until 2000. In 2002 she became a trademark advisor employed at trademark agency Bouma in Rotterdam. In September 2007 Petra joined the Global Trademarks Center of DSM where she combines managerial tasks as head of the Global Trademarks Center with work as in-house counsel, amongst others help building the trademark strategy and portfolio of DSM Dyneema.
