Transposition of EU Trade Mark Directive
14 January 2019 was the deadline for EU Member States to transpose certain aspects of Directive (EU) 2015/2436 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trade marks
The European Commission has a page summarising transposition measures communicated by Member States. In addition, MARQUES members have contributed posts to the Class 46 blog on legislation introduced in their Member States: Ireland Lithuania Spain UK Look out for further posts from other Member States on Class 46 soon!
