The Customs Cooperation Working Party (CCWP) of the Council of the EU is seeking better understanding on the trade of fake labels and packaging materials. To obtain substantial information that can help them with defining the size of this issue they have launched two questionnaires: one for customs, police and market surveillance authorities of the EU and one for right holders. MARQUES supports this action and kindly asks in-house members to complete the questionnaire. You can find it here. It is a short, easy and high-level questionnaire.
