MARQUES, MARKENVERBAND and the DPMA are hosting a discussion with German judges on 24 November 2023 in Munich. This one-day conference is part of the MARQUES Meet the Judges series and will cover topical trade mark issues, including likelihood of confusion, forfeiture, opposition, preliminary injunctions, well-known marks and the Louboutin judgment of the CJEU. It will feature leading judges from the German courts and trade mark practitioners.
