North Korea deposits instrument of accession to Hague
By Hague Notification No. 128 ("Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs Accession by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea"), we learn that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has now deposited its instrument of accession to the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement, which will enter into force for Korea on 13 September 2016.
For the avoidance of confusion we reiterate that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is North Korea, not the Republic of Korea (South Korea).
