Serbia draws design laws closer to EU
A new Law on Amendments to the Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Design came into force in Serbia on 30 May 2015, seeking to harmonize Serbian law with Directives 98/71 (on designs) and 2004/48 (the IP Enforcement Directive).
