Yesterday Class 99 reported that MARQUES had just been informed that the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) was looking to commission research to measure registered and unregistered design infringement. We added:
If you would like to find out more about this, please email procurement@ipo.gov.uk and the IPO will get straight back you with details on how you may bid for this work.
Our friends at the IPO have just remembered to add something: there's a closing date for contacting them to express your interest, and it's Friday 20 February 2015. So, if you're interested, get in touch as soon as you can, to be on the safe side.
