New edition of TRIPS book: the design chapter
A new (third) edition of Intellectual property and international trade. The TRIPS Agreement, published by Kluwer Law International, is currently being prepared for publication. This work, edited by Carlos Correa and Abdulqawi Yusuf (currently a member of the International Court of Justice).
This blogger has been responsible for the chapter in each of the first and second editions that deals with TRIPS and designs. On this basis he would be delighted to hear from MARQUES members who may have any valuable perspectives on the impact of TRIPS on design law and practice, or who may be writing anything on this subject. If you have any useful thoughts or information on this subject, please email me here.
