MARQUES pursues Class 99 CTM
Let no-one accuse MARQUES of not practising the principles which it supports and for which the organisation tirelessly campaigns. MARQUES has applied for a Community trade mark for the words 'Class 99' and the application has now been accepted for publication.
Country : European Union Trade Mark : CLASS 99 Application No : 12161659 Class(es) : 09, 35, 38, 41, 42, 45 Proprietor : Marques Bulletin No/date: OHIM Bulletin 2013/213 dated 08 November 2013
Following publication, the application remains open for a period of three months, during which time the owner of an earlier trade mark, or any other person, may raise objection and file an opposition. If no opposition arises, the application will proceed to registration and a Certificate of Registration will be issued in about five months time.
