Clarification of declaration under Article 17(3)(c) of the 1999 Act: Mongolia

On December 14, 2015, the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) received from the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia, a clarification of the declaration under Article 17(3)(c) of the Geneva (1999) Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs, specifying that the designation of Mongolia under the 1999 Act in international registrations shall enjoy protection for the maximum duration of 15 years from the date of international registration, subject to renewal of the international registration.
