Turkmenistan signs up for Hague's Geneva text
By Hague Notification No. 125 (Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs Accession by Turkmenistan) the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) announces the deposit by the Government of Turkmenistan, on 16 December 2015, of its instrument of accession to the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs.
The Geneva Act will enter into force in respect of Turkmenistan on 16 March 2016.
