UK opens Hague accession consultation
On Tuesday 15 September the UK government announced that it was starting a consultation process with regard to accession to the Hague Agreement. To aid understanding of what this means, the Intellectual Property Office has produced a 38-page booklet containing all the relevant information.
The consultation closes on 10 November 2015, so don't be late responding. To respond, or for further information, email the IPO at hague@ipo.gov.uk.
