International cooperation in
design protection: will it open
the door to greater prosperity?
The Class 99 Blog has followed with interest the progress of Tunisia in recent times in terms of that country's international treaty obligations (see earlier post here).

Now the Class 99 team is delighted to report that WIPO has issued a media release today, The Hague Notification No. 113, to the effect that the Government of the Republic of Tunisia has now deposited its instrument of accession to the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs.

The Geneva Act will enter into force, in respect of the Republic of Tunisia, on 13 June 2012.
